Welcome to Polash3D (https://www.polash3d.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the 3D animation, rendering, and visual content services provided by Polash3D. By commissioning a project or purchasing services through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

### 1. Services Provided
Polash3D specializes in bespoke 3D digital content creation, including:
* 3D Product Animation
* Photorealistic 3D Rendering (Static Visuals)
* Commercial CGI Video Ads & Motion Design

All deliverables are provided as digital files (e.g., MP4, MOV, PNG, TIFF, EXR) and delivered electronically.

### 2. Project Workflow & Ordering
1. **Inquiry & Scoping:** The client submits project specifications, product dimensions, references, or CAD/3D models.
2. **Quotation & Agreement:** Polash3D provides a project scope, cost estimate, and agreed turnaround timeline.
3. **Payment:** Work begins once the agreed advance payment or full invoice payment is confirmed via our supported payment gateways.
4. **Draft & Preview:** Watermarked preview drafts or low-resolution renders are shared with the client for feedback.
5. **Final Delivery:** Upon final approval, high-resolution master files are delivered without watermarks.

### 3. Revisions Policy
* Standard packages include up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions (such as minor lighting tweaks, color adjustments, camera angles, or label alignments).
* Revisions must be requested within seven (7) business days of receiving the preview draft.
* Significant changes that deviate from the originally approved storyboard, concept, or 3D model geometry will incur additional production fees.

### 4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights
* **Client Materials:** The client retains full ownership of their trademarks, product designs, CAD files, and reference assets provided to Polash3D.
* **Final Deliverables:** Upon receipt of full payment, all commercial and distribution rights for the rendered video and image files are granted to the client.
* **Portfolio Showcase:** Unless an explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement, Polash3D reserves the right to display non-sensitive final renderings or animations in its professional portfolio, showreel, and promotional materials.

### 5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for supplying accurate reference materials, assets, and timely feedback. Polash3D shall not be held liable for project delays resulting from client responsiveness or missing project specifications.

### 6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable commercial laws. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
